Snakes are one of the most feared and hated reptiles. Some of them, like the King Cobra’s are so venomous that the amount of neurotoxin they deliver in a single bite is enough to kill a few people. So, what would be your reaction if you come to find a python hiding inside your house? I bet you wouldn't want to be in that situation. A video that has gone viral on the internet shows just that.

Shared by an Australia-based rescue organisation, Sunshine Coast Snake Catcher, the video posted on Instagram shows a rescuer named Dan Rumsey patiently removing a snake hiding behind a photo frame at a home in southeast Queensland. Rumsey first slowly removes the frame from the waal and places it on a floor next to a sofa. He then gently unwinds the python from the photo frame and takes it in his hands.

"What would your reaction be?," read the caption of the post shared by sunshinecoastsnakecatchers.

Since being shared the video has garnered 1.6 lakh views, close to 5,000 likes and tons of comments.

"I'm starting to think Florida and Australia in competition with these snakes popping up everywhere," commented one user on seeing the video of snake being rescued.

"My daughter: Can we keep it? Me: No, honey. It’s wild. Husband: that’s not venomous is it? (it’s a carpet Python. Harmless), wrote another user.

"Would happily have a carpet python come visit any time it likes," wrote a third.

While a fourth wrote, Can I bring it home please No reptile license though Maybe by next year.

"Probably run away screaming while simultaneously needing another pair of pants," wrote another user.
