New Delhi: If you are a person who is habitual of frequently ordering food online then you would probably know the exact feeling during the waiting time from ordering food till receiving it. While we have come across innumerable incidents of people receiving a detergent bar instead of an iPhone ordered through online shopping apps, a man in Delhi received his ordered food, quite literally, but then too the incident was no less than receiving something else than ordered. Read further to know how.
A man ordered onion rings through an online food delivery app and what he got was onion rings, but raw. The man named Ubaidu took to Instagram to narrate his pain by sharing a reel captioned, “Guys I ordered onion rings and this is what I got.” Not only this, in one of his Instagram stories he even put the background music titled Dhokha (betrayal).
The video shows the man smiling at the camera before panning it towards the delivered package with a small box containing the raw onion rings.
The incident left the netizens in splits with some relating to his “pain” while others telling him that he exactly got what he ordered. “Unbelievable”, “this is so funny”, “is this for real” were some comments written by other users. Another user wrote, “PLEASE technically you got what you wanted besides Ubaidu why would you pay 10 rupees for an onion ring. Like. You can make it at HOME FOR LESS,” while one said, “that's why I have trust issues.”
Ubaidu went ahead himself and made memes out of his own story.
