Turkish ice cream often comes with a game of catch which can be at times annoying, to say the least, especially when you just want your sweet treat and don’t want the game that comes along with it. However, like most things, a Turkish ice cream seller’s tricks did not fly well with this desi mother. Indian TV producer Krishika Lulla took her mother, Raju Dembla, for the ice cream, however, the competition didn’t last long as she quickly caught her ice cream. Lulla’s mother also gave the ice-seller the good old desi mom scolding.
Krishika Lulla shared the video on her Instagram account with the caption, "Moms first experience , having #turkishicecream at @jiomallofficial, she never fails to make us smile love you mom."
In the now-viral video, Lulla’s mother was waiting in line just like any other person after her daughter Krishika asked her to. When it was her turn to get the ice cream, the stall operator played the same game by waving the long metal scooper. Lulla’s mother was caught off-guard as whenever she tried to take the ice cream he would pull it away, she asked “What are you doing?”

After a while of clueless questioning, the stall operator explained to the woman that she had to try to grab the ice cream from him. Once she understood the game, she caught the ice cream within seconds. The stall operator then took back the trick ice cream and presented her with a new piece.
Lulla’s mother she asked “Kya samjha hai apne aapko?” (What do you think of yourself?), “I am great!”, she proclaimed. The ice-seller too bowed before her, and just before the video cut, Lulla gave her mother a kiss.
