A tweet by Hitoshi Suzuki, Japan's ambassador to India, featuring a Pokemon-themed Boeing 787, has gone viral on the internet.  He also shared an image of the recently inaugurated Pikachu Jet NH aircraft of Japan's All Nippon Airways' (ANA), an aircraft with a livery designed by The Pokemon Company on the microblogging site Twitter.


"Welcome #Pikachu to India! Excited by the first flight of PikachuJet by ANA to Delhi! The Delhi sky is ready to shine. #pika-pika! #pokemon #boeing #787 #Dreamliner #PikachuJetNH," wrote Suzuki on Twitter.






The entire aircraft, both exterior and interior, is drawn from the world of Pokemon. The planes exterior, including the fuselage is covered in Rayquaza's image, an iconic Pokemon. Flying Pikachu images cover more than 200 seats of the plane.


Pikachu is the mascot of the Pokemon series and one of the most famous cartoon characters in the world.





Since being shared, the post by Suzuki has amassed 142.9k views and 3,395 likes. Several of the users liked the the Pikachu Jet and shared their excitement in the comments box.
