A video showing an altercation between two women in the middle of the road in Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan has gone viral on social media. The conflict reportedly appears to have arisen due to a financial dispute, involving a parlour employee aggressively pulling the hair of the parlour owner.
The incident was captured on the phone and posted on social media. In the viral video, it is seen that two women are aggressively pulling the hair of each other. Someone from behind the camera in the video claims that before this incident, three days ago the altercation took place between the parlour owner and employee. Police had also come amid the incident but no action was taken against it.
Noting the incident further, it is claimed in the video that this same incident took place the night around 11 PM on Wednesday. The girl working in the SPA centre has demanded Rs 18,000 from the owner. The confrontation which escalated into a physical altercation shows the employee thrashing the owner. The scene ends with the owner visibly upset, crying, and walking away from the scene.
In the video, it is also claimed that during the altercation, the owner was consistently shouting but the landlord did not intervene to stop the fight. Police also reached the site but no action was taken against it.
The video, posted by a popular social media platform X, named "Ghar Ka Kalesh," captioned, "Kalesh b/w a Spa Center Owner and Spa Worker on Middle of the Road over 18k Rupees, Jaipur RJ."

Reacting to the video, one of the netizens asked, "Who generates a bill of 18k at a spa?"
The next said, "Ye to hona hi chahiye tha kaam karane ke baad paise nahi doge to yahi hoga meri mano to Sabhi spa worker ko stand lena chahiye (This was bound to happen. If you don't pay for the work done, this is what will happen. In my opinion, all spa workers should take a stand.)."
Another said, "Nope can't say it's just a kalesh as the victim was hurt brutely, but police still didn't take action as they can't unless an FIR is filled, so yeah this is how Indian judiciary works."
