Bengaluru, a high-tech startup hub is known for its fast-paced life. But there are occasions when some incidents from the city spark moment of fun among the people used to the hectic lifstyle. In one such incident a photo of a Bengaluru school bus driver issued a challan by the traffic police for taking a wrong route has gone viral on the internet.

Actually, a Twitter user spotted the bus driver taking a wrong turn and decided to report him to the Bengaluru police. Taking to the Twitter handle "FixBangalorePls" the user  tweeted and shared a video in which the bus could be seen taking a wrong U-turn.

"Your school bus full of students is driving down wrong way under Garudacharpalya metro station from Brigade Metropolis. Bus number KA53AA6189 . @blrcitytraffic please impose severe fine, being school bus and endangering life of so many kids is not done," the user wrote.

A day later, the page shared another video of the school bus doing a dangerously sharp U-turn and inquired about the action taken by the traffic police. "This is today, despite the complain, the same bus. what action is taken?," read the caption of the post.

On seeing the tweet, the police reacted and replied that the bus driver was issued a challan. The traffic police posted the photo of the officer handing the road challan (fine receipt) to the bus driver. But the bus driver’s ‘triumphant’ pose while receiving the challan left the netizens in splits.

Soon the post went viral and people couldn’t stop pointing out that the fine looked like some kind of award that was being given by the cop.

"Great job, @blrcitytraffic By looking at the driver’s expression, he be like, “I was expecting a bigger award”," commented one user on the post.

While another wrote, "thanks for sticking with this and forcing the police’s hand".
