Drones have become an important part of the photography world. It helps people to capture exquisite pictures and videos along with spectacular aerial shots. However, using drones to capture wildlife can sometime lead to some untoward situations. In a video that is going viral on the internet, an alligator jumped out of water and caught the drone that was filming it.


The clip was shared on a Twitter account called How Things Work, with the caption ''Using drones to capture wildlife video footage.''


In the video one can see a drone hovering over a waterbody and an alligator following it. After a few minutes the gator suddenly jumps out and grabs the drone with its mouth and goes back into the water. The hovering noise of the drone probably attracted the alligator's attention towards it.






Since being shared on the micro-blogging site, the video has amassed 10 lakh views, 33.8k likes and several comments.
