The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Telangana police probing the TRS MLAs' poaching case has issued notices to two more persons. Pratap Goud, a lawyer from the Amberpet area of Hyderabad, and Chitralekha, wife of Nanda Kumar, one of the three accused in the case, have been served notices under section 41A of the Criminal Procedure Code.
The two have been ordered to appear before SIT for questioning on Wednesday at the Integrated Police Command and Control Centre. The notices were previously served to four people, but only one of them has appeared.
B Srinivas, a lawyer from Karimnagar, appeared before the SIT on Monday and Tuesday. Dr Kottilil Narayan Jaggu alias Jaggu Swamy, a doctor at the Amrutha Institute of Medical Sciences in Ernakulam, BJP national general secretary (organization) BL Santosh, and Tushar Vellapally, the founder-president of the Bharat Dharmika Jana Sena (BDJS) of Kerala are yet to appear before SIT.
The SIT issued lookout notices for the suspects a day after they skipped SIT summons to join the investigation.

Notably, the Telangana government formed the SIT on November 9 to investigate the case. The SIT has six police officers and is headed by Hyderabad Police Commissioner.
It is to be noted that Ramachandra Bharati alias Satish Sharma, Simhayaji and Nandakumar were arrested by the Cyberabad police from a farmhouse at Moinabad near Hyderabad on the night of October 26, when they were allegedly trying to lure four TRS MLAs with offers of money.
Cyberabad police conducted the raid on a tip-off by Pilot Rohit Reddy, one of the MLAs, who alleged that the accused offered Rs 100 crore to him and Rs 50 crore each to three others.
