Hyderabad: Maharashtra Tourism Minister Aditya Thackeray met Telangana Minister KT Rama Rao at the Telangana Pavilion in Davos on Tuesday. On this occasion, the opportunities for Telangana and Maharashtra to work together were discussed.


Aditya Thackeray was particularly interested in the initiatives taken by the state of Telangana on the progress being made in Information Technology, life sciences and pharma. According to a release, Minister KTR explained to Aditya Thackeray the key reforms undertaken by the Telangana state government for environmental protection, such as allocating 10 per cent to the municipal laws under the Green Budget.


The Maharashtra minister said that he would make a visit to Hyderabad to study the various initiatives taken by the Telangana government. On this occasion, Aditya Thackeray briefed Minister KTR on various issues undertaken in urban development in Maharashtra. KTR believes that states will be strengthened when they work together, thereby forming a strong nation.







Ashirvad Pipes Of Aliaxis To Invest Rs 500 Cr In Telangana


On the sidelines of the World Economic Forum, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Aliaxis and the Government of Telangana in the presence of Minister KTR in Davos, according to a release. Ashirvad Pipes of Aliaxis will be setting up a Greenfield facility with an investment of Rs 500 Crore in Telangana. This investment will create over 500 jobs for youngsters in our state. The Telangana IT & Industries minister has announced this on his Twitter.
