Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao said that his Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) would score a hat-trick in the upcoming assembly elections in the state by winning 95–105 Assembly seats. Addressing the party leaders on Wednesday, he said, "We will come to power in the state once again. No one should have any doubt about it. All the surveys are in our favour. We will win 95 to 105 seats."

The Telangana elections to the 119-member Assembly seats are scheduled to be held in November and December this year.

The CM urged the party leaders to work together. He asked the MLAs to coordinate with the MPs, MLCs, chairs of the Zilla Parishads, and executives of state-level organisations.

The BRS chief made it clear that the majority of sitting MLAs would get the tickets again. He assured them that if they followed his instructions, each of them would win by a majority of more than 50,000 votes.

KCR described the ‘Gujarat model’ (for development) as "bogus" and alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has let down the country.

The BRS chief said since Telangana has achieved impressive development in the last 10 years, the country wants the Telangana model. He claimed that BRS is receiving a good response from the public in Maharashtra. Those from other states now point out that the ‘Telangana model’ is inevitable for the country, he said.

KCR wanted the party leaders to explain to the people the progress achieved by Telangana in all sectors during the last 10 years.

He called on all party leaders to actively participate in the 10th-year formation day celebrations in Telangana. The CM asked the party cadre to ensure that the celebrations are held in a befitting manner across the state for 21 days from June 2.
