New Delhi: WhatsApp, the instant messaging app, known for its best features around the world, is going to update its voice message feature. This feature will make the app more user-friendly. Once this feature is updated, you will be able to pause the voice message. Earlier you did not get the pause option while recording a voice message.
Pause Voice Messages
According to a report by WABetaInfo, which monitors WhatsApp updates, the work on the new feature is still in the development stage. This special feature will also allow users to pause voice messages while recording them. At present, you have the option to record the entire message at once. The company doesn't yet allow you to pause the recording.

WhatsApp also brings in the Global Voice Message Player feature. This global voice message feature will allow users to listen to voice messages outside the chat window as well. Presently, if you are listening to a voice message in a chat, the message closes automatically, when you leave the chat. But that won't happen now.

The Global Voice Message Player feature will be visible at the top of WhatsApp. This will be visible in every section of the users' app. According to the report, users will have the option to play voice messages anytime or dismiss them anytime.
