Organisations employ diverse strategies to engage with their audience, such as utilising email communications, advertising across various platforms, and organising events to maintain a strong connection with their target demographic. Recently, companies have redirected their attention towards utilising WhatsApp, drawn by its impressive usage statistics. Initially, enterprises used WhatsApp primarily for sharing information about special deals and discounts with their customer base. However, they have now embraced the platform's capability to conduct polls for gathering valuable feedback.
The introduction of WhatsApp Polls commenced with a limited beta test in 2021 before becoming available to a wider audience. This feature is now accessible to both businesses and individuals, enabling them to ask questions to groups and receive instant responses.
