Google Pixel Watch 3 May Launch In Two Sizes


Google is reportedly gearing up to introduce its latest smartwatch offering at its hardware event scheduled for August 13. In preparation for this launch, both the standard Pixel Watch 3 and a new, larger Pixel Watch 3 XL have recently received FCC certification. This year marks a significant change in Google's smartwatch strategy, as the company is likely to offer two size options for the first time. According to industry speculation, the smaller model is likely to feature a 41mm case, while the larger XL variant is expected to measure 45mm. The FCC filings reveal that some versions of the Pixel Watch 3 lineup will include LTE connectivity, allowing for cellular data usage independent of a smartphone. Additionally, the new watches are said to incorporate Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology, potentially enabling more precise location tracking and improved device-to-device interactions.


Microsoft Notepad Users In Windows 11 Getting Spellcheck, Autocorrect


Microsoft has been quietly enhancing its Notepad app for Windows 11 users, with recent reports indicating the rollout of two new features that were initially tested in March. One of these additions is a spellcheck function for Notepad, which operates similarly to the feature found in Microsoft Word and Edge. It underlines misspelled words in red, allowing users to easily identify and correct errors. This feature can be toggled on or off for specific file types within Notepad.
