Smartphone giant OnePlus has launched its most awaited OnePlus 9 series globally. The new flagship smartphone series include 2 models namely: the OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9R and OnePlus 9 Pro. Apart from the 9 series smartphones, the Chinese smartphone maker has also announced its smartwatch, the 'OnePlus Watch'.
The company earlier this month announced that it will officially launch the OnePlus 9 series on March 23 through a virtual event at 10 am EDT (7:30 pm IST). The gadget enthusiasts interested in the phone can watch the live stream in the video embedded below.

OnePlus 9 Series Specifications:
Pete Lau, Founder and CEO - OnePlus earlier this month revealed the design of the upcoming smartphone. The new OnePlus 9 will come with a triple rear camera setup, while the OnePlus 9 Pro will come with quad cameras.
As reported earlier, the phone maker has entered into a long-term partnership with legendary camera manufacturer Hasselblad and hence, the upcoming OnePlus 9 series will come with a new Hasselblad Pro Mode offering accurate and natural colour for a solid foundation for post-editing. It will allow the user to adjust ISO, focus, exposure, white balance, and more.
If the leaks are to be believed, the flagship phones are expected to come with the Snapdragon 888 chipset, up to 12GB RAM, 256GB internal storage, and 65W fast charging support. In terms of optics, the OnePlus 9 series will feature a custom Sony IMX789 sensor and 12-bit RAW support. Reports have claimed that the series will come with 50W fast wireless charging which is expected to charge the smartphone fully in less than 43 minutes.

Though there is no official announcement regarding the price as yet, OnePlus 9R is expected to cost Rs 39,999, the OnePlus 9 will be priced at Rs 49,999 onwards while the OnePlus 9 Pro prices will reportedly start at Rs 64,999 in India.
OnePlus Watch:
After years of speculations and delays the chinese maker is set to launch its first ever smartwatch today. Going by th leaks, the OnePlus Watch is made from premium materials and will come with a circular-shaped dial. Some of fascinating features of the smartwatch includes heart rate sensor and an SpO2 sensor.
