Editor's Note: As per company sources, there has been no record of a large-scale outage today for Jio services. Based on Downdetector data, the outage could be affecting a handful of users across patches, and it doesn't seem to be affecting a major chunk of Jio's user base at the time of writing. As we mentioned in the report, Jio's customer care is trying to assist customers who have flagged outage issues on X.

Jio services appear to be down for several users early Thursday. As per outage tracker Downdetector, users are reporting issues with Jio's mobile Internet and JioFiber services as well. Several users also took to X (formerly Twitter) to vent their frustration.
Jio is yet to officially issue a statement on the outage. However, the company's customer care is trying to bring things under control on X by responding to customers and assuring them their issues will be sorted soon.
What Does Downdetector Show?
At the time of writing (11:52 am IST), Downdetector shows at least 133 reports filed from users, flagging issues with Jio's services.
The Live Outage map (screenshot below) shows heat spots of reports from across the country, particularly from cities such as New Delhi, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and more.
