This marks the third instance of IRCTC’s website going offline in December.

Complaints on Downdetector reached their peak at around 10:12 am but showed a downward trend as the day progressed. The platform’s outage map highlighted disruptions across major cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, and several others.
