Xiaomi Smart Band 7 has been made available for the global markets, almost a month after the popular smart band was officially unveiled in China. The newest fitness band from the handset maker packs in a bigger display with an Always-On feature and better fitness features. The Xiaomi Band 7 sports the biggest display yet on a Xiaomi smart band. The 1.62-inch AMOLED display has a 490x192px resolution and another great addition is the automatic SpO2 tracking that will alert users if their blood oxygen level falls below 90 per cent.
The Xiaomi Smart Band 7 will be available at 49.9 euros (roughly Rs 4,100) via official Xiaomi channels. There is no word on the activity band's availability in India yet. The battery in the Xiaomi Smart Band 7 is designed to last up to 14 days on standby mode and it also comes with 5ATM water resistance.
"Designed for health enthusiasts, Xiaomi Smart Band 7 features a 1.62-inch full AMOLED high-resolution display and a wider screen design with 25% increased visibility compared to the previous generation. This provides more viewing space for information, and offers improved clarity and efficiency for users," the company said in a statement.
The Xiaomi Smart Band 7 comes with more than 110 sport modes that would let users set personalised fitness goals for their lifestyles. There are three additional modes such as training load, recovery duration and training effect which would let users evaluate and adjust their workout schedule and intensity for maximised performance.
"The device features an all-new VO₂ max professional workout analysis, which measures the maximum amount of oxygen users can utilise during exercise. Xiaomi Smart Band 7 also provides sleep tracking, as well as SpO₂ and heart-rate monitoring. Xiaomi Smart Band 7 comes with 100+ watch faces, as well as multiple colourful strap options to match," Xiaomi added.
