Xiaomi is gearing up for the highly anticipated launch of its Xiaomi 15 series in China this month, with the official reveal scheduled for October 29. The series will feature three models: Xiaomi 15, Xiaomi 15 Pro, and Xiaomi 15 Ultra. While the first two devices are set to debut at the event, the Ultra model will make its full appearance in early 2025, as per recent reports. Despite the delay, leaked design images have already sparked discussions among tech enthusiasts.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra Leaked Design Raises Eyebrows

Although the Xiaomi 15 Ultra won't be fully revealed until February 2025, leaked images (tweeted by noted tipster Yogesh Brar) have provided a sneak peek into its design. The phone features a striking circular camera module with four lenses, accompanied by the prominent Leica branding. The bold design, however, has generated mixed reactions due to the unusual asymmetrical placement of the lenses.

The camera setup includes a 200-megapixel periscope lens with 4.3x optical zoom, using a Samsung ISOCELL HP9 sensor. Alongside this is a 50-megapixel primary camera, complemented by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel 2x telephoto lens.

At the front, a 32-megapixel selfie camera is expected. The design also includes two horizontally aligned flash LEDs and the Xiaomi logo positioned vertically at the back.
