Samsung Galaxy S25 Leaks: As Samsung gears up for the launch of the Galaxy S25 series on January 22, key details of the Galaxy S25 Ultra have surfaced through reliable sources. The upcoming flagship model will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, ensuring top-tier performance across all markets. It will feature a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPO display, offering a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 2,600 nits, and HDR10+ support.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra will come in three storage and RAM configurations: 12GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB, providing users with multiple options. For charging, it will support 45W wired charging and 25W wireless charging.

In terms of physical dimensions, the device measures 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm and weighs 219g. While the phone remains similar in size to its predecessor, the S25 Ultra is slightly taller, narrower, thinner, and lighter. It maintains the same peak brightness as the previous model, with wireless charging now bumped up to 25W.

Samsung May Introduce 4 New Phones At Galaxy Unpacked

The upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event is generating buzz, with speculations about a potential fourth model, the Galaxy S25 Slim, joining the standard Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra. A teaser image showing the corners of four devices has fueled the rumours of this slim variant making its debut.

While some reports suggest that the Galaxy S25 Slim might be unveiled alongside the other models in January, others speculate its release could come later in 2025. Curiously, the recent One UI 7 beta code references the S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra, but no mention has been made of the Slim variant.

Galaxy S25 Slim: What We Know So Far

Initial leaks provide a closer look at the possible features of the Galaxy S25 Slim. This variant is expected to sport a 6.66-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, similar in size to the Plus model. Its design is anticipated to be exceptionally slim, possibly measuring just 6.x mm in thickness—thinner than the 7.6 mm thickness of the Galaxy S24.

Internally, the S25 Slim will likely be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, aligning it with the other Galaxy S25 devices. Despite its slim form, the phone is rumored to feature a battery ranging from 4,700mAh to 5,000mAh, offering a significant upgrade over the Galaxy S24's 4,000mAh battery.
