Handset maker OnePlus recently announced its first tablet, the OnePlus Pad to give competition to the likes of Xiaomi, Oppo and Realme and now, the price of the OnePlus Pad has been leaked, ahead of its likely availability. The OnePlus Pad is likely to become available in India this month and it is likely to be priced around Rs 30,000, a leakster has tipped.


Originally announced at the OnePlus Cloud 11 event in February, the company did not announce the pricing or launch details about the tablet back then. The company had only mentioned that the OnePlus Pad will be available for pre-orders in India starting in April.


According to tipster Piyush Bhasarkar who goes by the name @techkard on Twitter, the OnePlus Pad may go on sale in India soon. He added that the OnePlus Pad is expected to be priced around Rs 30,000 in the country. The OnePlus Pad may become available in India between April 28-April 30.


To recall, handset maker OnePlus unveiled its flagship OnePlus 11 5G smartphone alongside the OnePlus 11R in India alongside the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 with Google's signature spatial audio, the OnePlus Pad, OnePlus TV 65 Q2 Pro and the OnePlus Featuring 81 Pro keyboard. The launch of the flagship OnePlus 11 came days after Samsung launched its iPhone rivalling Galaxy S23 series with a customised top-tier Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip and better cameras.


The OnePlus Pad could become the world's first tablet with a 7:5 aspect ratio display. The tablet features an 11.61-inch LCD display with a 144Hz variable refresh rate and a resolution of 2800 x 2000 pixels. The tab also sports a Delta E rating of less than two for high colour accuracy. The tablet is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset and will be available with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of memory. The Pad may run OxygenOS 13.1 out of the box. The OnePlus Pad is powered by a 9,510mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.
