OnePlus has announced that it will launch the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 on August 20 in India. OnePlus in a press note said that it will offer “the best audio experience OnePlus has ever delivered”. The company has not yet confirmed any specifications or details of the upcoming next-generation Buds Pro wireless earbuds. However, it has said that the upcoming OnePlus Buds Pro 3 will be elevating the features that OnePlus was offering in the OnePlus Buds Pro and OnePlus Buds Pro 2.

Details about the upcoming OnePlus Buds Pro 3 have emerged online ahead of their launch later this month. According to a report by Smartprix, the new OnePlus Buds Pro 3 will be equipped with dual drivers, featuring an 11mm woofer and a 6mm tweeter, aimed at delivering rich, balanced sound. The earbuds are also anticipated to include active noise cancellation (ANC) that can reduce noise by up to 50dB. In addition to supporting standard Bluetooth codecs like Sub-band Coding (SBC), these flagship earbuds are expected to offer lossless audio through Low Latency High-Definition Audio Codec (LHDC), enhancing audio quality for a superior listening experience.
Regarding battery life, the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 are rumoured to provide up to 43 hours of playback time when used with the charging case, along with support for quick charging to minimize downtime. The earbuds are also expected to come with an IP55 rating, offering resistance against dust and water, making them suitable for various environments. OnePlus has released a teaser image hinting at a rounded charging case for the Buds Pro 3, featuring a leather-like texture that adds a touch of elegance to the design.
