New Delhi: As we inch closer towards OnePlus 10 Pro's unveiling, a new listing now suggests that the device will be up for pre-orders in China on January 4. It is also likely that the smartphone OEM also launched the smartphone on the same day. The much-anticipated OnePlus 10 Pro is likely to carry Qualcomm's top-tier Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset.

According to a listing by a Chinese retailer, the OnePlus 10 Pro pre-order date is January 4 and the bottom half of the rear-end can be seen with the OnePlus logo in a Grey colour variant. There are no further leaks detailing the upcoming flagship's features and specifications, but past leaks and rumours give us an idea of what to expect from the OnePlus 10 Pro.

The device may be launched globally in March or April, weeks after its debut in China.

Earlier reports suggest that the OnePlus 10 Pro would come with an LTPO 2.0 display, LTPO or ‘Low-temperature polycrystalline oxide’ that enables variable refresh rates based on the content. Other expected specs include a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a hole-punch cutout on the front for the single selfie camera. The phone may pack a 5,000mAh battery with a 120W fast charging support.

Earlier last week, company CEO Pete Lau officially confirmed that OnePlus 10 Pro is set to be launched in January. The successor to the OnePlus 9 Pro, OnePlus 10 Pro may be announced during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2022 in Las Vegas.

According to Lau's confirmation of Weibo, OnePlus 10 Pro will be unveiled in January, but the exact timeline of the device's launch has not been revealed. The flagship OnePlus 10 Pro may make its way to all regions, including India in the first quarter of 2022, soon after its initial launch in the company's home turf China.
