London-based smartphone maker Nothing has unveiled a new colour variant of the Nothing Phone 2a in India. This latest smartphone arrives nearly one month after the launch of the handset Nothing Phone 2a and this variant is an India-exclusive. The device is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC and it features a full-HD+ AMOLED display with an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz. The smartphone sports a dual rear camera unit, led by a 50-megapixel primary camera, and features a redesigned Glyph Interface. It houses a powerful 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging.


Nothing Phone 2a Price In India, Availability


The Nothing Phone 2a has debuted in a Blue colour variant, specially crafted with the Indian market in mind, according to the Carl Pei-led brand. Initially launched in limited Black and White options in March, the Blue edition will be up for sale on Flipkart starting May 2 at 12pm IST, featuring a discounted price tag of Rs. 19,999.


Following the initial sale, the new colour variant is expected to normalise to the same pricing as other options in India. This means the 8GB + 128GB configuration will be priced at Rs. 23,999, while the 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB versions will be available for Rs. 25,999 and Rs. 27,999, respectively.






Nothing Phone 2a Specifications


Aside from the colour difference, the new Blue variant maintains the same design and specifications. It operates on Nothing OS 2.5.5 based on Android 14 and boasts a 6.7-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with adaptive refresh rates from 30Hz to 120Hz, along with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, it houses an octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC coupled with up to 12GB of RAM.


The Nothing Phone 2a features dual 50-megapixel cameras at the rear and a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. It offers storage options of up to 256GB and incorporates an in-display fingerprint sensor. The device also comes with dual stereo speakers and boasts an IP54-rated dust and water-resistant construction.


Powering the device is a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. Additionally, it introduces a redesigned Glyph Interface on the rear, allowing users to customise lighting effects for notifications.
