The new Moto Razr 2022 model with the iconic clamshell design has been teased officially ahead of its expected launch in China. Motorola has dropped a teaser on Chinese micro-blogging platform Weibo that hints at an upcoming launch of the new Moto Razr phone in the country without revealing details of the launch date.


According to the teaser of Moto Razr 2022 dropped on Weibo by Lenovo, the handset can be seen in a classic black colourway. There is a dual-camera set-up at the rear along with an LED flash. The handset maker has, however, not revealed information about the exact launch date other specifications of the upcoming Moto Razr 2022.

Meanwhile, Lenovo Mobile Business Group's General Manager Chen Jin has also shared hands-on images of the Moto Razr 2022 on Weibo, thus, revealing the iconic clamshell design that was once a rage. The images posted by Jin on Weibo give a view of the Moto Razr 2022 from all angles in both folded and unfolded modes. Going by the images dropped on Weibo, it is safe to say that the new-gen Moto Razr 2022 has a relatively thin chin when compared with the Motorola Razr 5G and original Motorola Razr.


Going by the leaks and rumours, the Motorola Moto Razr 2022 is expected to be priced around 1,149 euros which roughly translates into almost Rs 94,360. However, we do not know whether the Moto Razr 2022 is going to be priced the same as the EU in India.


We can expect a 6.7-inch pOLED folding display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an improved hinge onboard. The device will also have an exterior 3-inch screen that will act as a single-point screen for media controls, incoming call alerts, notifications and more.
