Moto G45 Launch: Motorola has intensified the competition in the budget smartphone market by unveiling its latest 5G handset, the Moto G45 5G. The new device, equipped with the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor, is designed to attract consumers with its long-lasting 5,000 mAh battery and high-resolution 50-megapixel rear camera.

The Moto G45 5G is offered in two configurations: the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage model is priced at Rs 10,999, while the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant comes at Rs 12,999.


Buyers can choose from three colour options: Brilliant Blue, Brilliant Green, and Viva Magenta.

The Moto G45 5G sports a 6.45-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The screen, capable of reaching a peak brightness of 500 nits, is shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for added durability.


Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset, built on a 6nm process, and coupled with an Adreno 619 GPU for enhanced graphics performance. Users have the option of up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card.


The device draws power from a 5,000 mAh battery, which supports 18W fast charging. It runs on Android 14 with Motorola’s UX skin overlay. Motorola has committed to providing one year of OS updates and three years of security patches for the Moto G45 5G.


In terms of cameras, the Moto G45 5G features a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies and video calls, there is a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.
