The Android tablet market in India is fast heating up and Lenovo is the latest OEM to launch its Android tab Lenovo Tab M9 in India. The Lenovo Tab M9 promises to provide long-lasting battery life, secure facial recognition login and features dual stereo speakers. The tab will be made available in the country in two colour variants starting June 1.

The Lenovo Tab M9 has been unveiled in Frost Blue colour and Storm Grey colours at a starting price of Rs 12,999 in India, which makes it a budget offering. However, it still costs less than Redmi Pad that was launched in India for Rs 14,999. The Lenovo Tab M9 will be available in India from June 1 and prospective buyers can pre-order from Lenovo.com and leading online platforms like Amazon India and Flipkart as well as offline retail stores like Reliance Digital and Croma.
This is Lenovo’s latest tablet in India which was originally unveiled at the CES. The Lenovo Tab M9 features a 9-inch HD screen and it is powered by a MediaTek Helio G80 Octa-Core chipset, coupled with up to 4 GB of RAM, up to 64GB of storage. The tab runs Android 12 operating system (OS). In line with consumer demand for a tablet cover, the tab comes with a transparent cover and bundled stand.
The tab is aimed at offering enhanced productivity and multimedia experience to users.
Tab M9 tablet comes with "Immersive Reading Mode" that claims to simulate the colour of real book pages, and allows users to soften the tone for their eyes, and also offers a selection of various ambient background sounds. The display also has TÜV Rheinland eye care certification, to help protect the eyes.
The device is secured with a face-unlock feature, allowing for convenient and safe log-ins. The Lenovo Tab M9 is among the lightweight tablets in the market, at 344 grams. It has a 9-inch HD display and it has a sleek dual-tone metal chassis that is comfortable to hold. It offers an enhanced, immersive entertainment experience with Netflix HD-support and Dolby Atmos spatial audio with dual stereo speakers.
