iQoo Z9s Launch: iQoo is gearing up to introduce its latest smartphones, the iQoo Z9s and iQoo Z9s Pro, to the Indian market on August 21. The company has revealed several details about these upcoming devices, providing a glimpse into their features and specifications ahead of the official release.


iQoo Z9s Series Price In India (Expected)


The iQoo Z9s series will be available for purchase through Amazon and the iQoo India e-Store. While exact pricing details remain under wraps, iQoo has hinted that the standard and Pro models will be positioned within the Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000 price range.


The iQoo Z9s will debut in two colour variants - Onyx Green and Titanium Matte - offering a design that bears similarities to the Vivo V40. On the other hand, the iQoo Z9s Pro will be available in Luxe Marble and Flamboyant Orange, with a design influenced by the iQoo 12 5G. 


iQoo Z9s Series Specifications (Expected)


Under the hood, the iQoo Z9s will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, built on a 4nm process. This model will be available with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The device has reportedly achieved over 700,000 points on the AnTuTu V10 benchmarking platform.


The iQoo Z9s Pro will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, paired with an Adreno 720 GPU, promising even better performance. This variant is said to have scored over 820,000 points on the AnTuTu V10.2 benchmark. Both smartphones will run on Funtouch OS 14, which is based on Android 14, and will come with various AI-driven features, including AI Erase and AI Photo Enhance.


Both the iQoo Z9s and Z9s Pro are set to feature 3D curved AMOLED displays with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering smooth visuals. The iQoo Z9s will have a peak brightness of 1800 nits, while the Pro model will boast the segment's brightest display with a peak brightness of 4500 nits. The displays will also include a centered punch-hole design, with minimal bezels and a slim chin.


In terms of photography, the iQoo Z9s will feature a dual-camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX 882 primary sensor and a 2MP portrait lens. The Pro variant will offer an enhanced setup with a similar 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP portrait lens. Both devices will support 4K video recording and come with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).


One of the standout features of the iQoo Z9s series is its battery life. Both the Z9s and Z9s Pro will house a sizable 5,500mAh battery, making them some of the slimmest smartphones with such a large battery capacity. The Pro model will also support 80W FlashCharge technology for rapid wired charging.
