Recent speculations about the iPhone 16 Pro series suggest potential additions to the colour palette, introducing two new shades: Titanium Grey and Desert Titanium. The anticipated launch for the iPhone 16 series is expected in September, aligning with Apple's historical release patterns. However, ongoing rumours have fueled discussions about the forthcoming features and modifications in the latest iPhone iteration.

According to a recent rumour from renowned tipster Majin Bu on X (formerly Twitter), the Desert Titanium variant, also known as Desert Desert Yellow, will showcase a finish akin to the iPhone 14 Pro but with a deeper and more robust hue. On the other hand, the Titanium Gray, alternatively named Cement Gray, is projected to exhibit a finish reminiscent of the iPhone 6.

It's essential to consider that Majin Bu has a varied track record in accurately predicting upcoming iPhone features. The tipster has proven more reliable with iPhone accessory rumours than hardware-related speculations, as per 9to5Mac. Additionally, the tipster himself acknowledged that this information is not guaranteed and currently stands as a speculative rumour.

iPhone Pro Colour Variants

Historically, Apple's 'Pro' iPhone models have been launched in up to four colour variants, including classic options like black, white, and gold, alongside more vibrant choices like green, blue, or purple, as reported by Macrumors. The current iPhone 15 Pro follows this pattern, offering Black Titanium, White Titanium, Blue Titanium, and Natural Titanium.

In light of Majin Bu's recent rumour, the Macrumors report suggests that Apple might persist with the Black Titanium and White Titanium colour options for the iPhone 16 Pro. Simultaneously, the Blue Titanium and Natural Titanium variants may be discontinued to accommodate the introduction of the new Titanium Grey and Desert Titanium shades.
