Google Pixel Watch 3: Specifications

The Google Pixel Watch 3 is powered by Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 SoC. It features a range of sensors, including HR monitor , ECG readings, SpO2, skin thermometer and GPS. The Google Pixel Watch 3 is the first Android smartwatch to feature UWB connectivity, allowing you to unlock your phone more easily and locate the watch using Google's Find My Device if it's lost. Additionally, if your car supports the feature, the watch can also be used to unlock it.

The Google Pixel Watch 3 now boast a display capable of 2,000 nits peak brightness, a significant improvement from last year's 1,000-nit Pixel Watch 2. The screen bezels are now a full millimeter thinner than their predecessors.

The 41mm model continues to use the same 310 mAh battery as its predecessor, while the 45mm version is equipped with a 420 mAh cell. Notably, Google claims that both versions can last 24 hours on a single charge, even with the always-on display enabled, which matches the battery life of last year's Pixel Watch 2. The charging has been improved as well because the Google Pixel Watch 3 will charge 20 per cent faster than its predecessor.

If you enjoy listening to music or podcasts during your morning runs, the Google Pixel Watch 3 now includes support for Bluetooth LE Audio, a low-energy Bluetooth protocol that conserves power while streaming. It's the first Android smartwatch to feature this technology.

Additionally, Google highlights several other enhancements, including better running tracking, the ability to control your Pixel phone's camera, access to your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell directly from the watch, and the option to navigate with Google Maps in offline mode.
