New Delhi: Chinese smartphone companies continue to dominate the Indian market. 79 percent of Chinese mobile companies occupied the Indian market in the quarter this year. That is, eight out of 10 mobiles in the country were purchased by Chinese companies.

According to Counterpoint's latest report, Xiaomi has become the number one mobile company in India. The market share of the company has been 17.7 percent. After this, the South Korean company Samsung was in second place. Let us know which company has how much market share.

Looking at the figures, then the market share of Chinese company Xiaomi was 28.4 percent. Samsung's market share stood at 17.7 per cent. In addition, the market share of Vivo was 15.1 per cent. Realme stood at 14.6 percent and Oppo at 10.4 percent. 


The winner in 5G smartphone segment
Coming to 5G smartphones, India has seen a sharp rise in market share in this segment. Its market share stood at 14 percent. Realme is the winner in this segment. Realme's market share in the 5G segment was up to 23 percent. After this stands OnePlus. 


Who is leading in which segment?
According to Counterpoint's report, Vivo has made its mark in the case of smartphones priced between Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000. In addition, Samsung mobiles are purchased for Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000. OnePlus phones are sold the most in the range of mobiles worth Rs 30,000.
