The official dates for the Flipkart Republic Day sale have been confirmed. The six-day online shopping extravaganza is set to kick off on January 14 in India, with exclusive early access granted to Flipkart Plus members on January 13, following the pattern of previous years. Anticipated to offer a plethora of enticing deals, the e-commerce giant is gearing up to provide discounts on a wide array of products, including mobile phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, earbuds, and smart TVs.


Flipkart is poised to extend savings opportunities through select bank cards during the Republic Day sale. Notably, smartphones from reputable brands such as Apple, Samsung, Google, and Realme are expected to witness price reductions. The company has unveiled a dedicated webpage detailing the sale's timeline, running from January 14 to January 19, with early access for Plus members on January 13.

Discounts of up to 80 per cent are promised on fashion accessories, TVs, electronics, furniture, and mattresses, while appliances are slated to receive up to 85 per cent off. Beauty and toy items will also be featured with substantial price cuts, reaching up to 85 per cent.


The sale's spotlight will be on smartphones, with Apple's flagship iPhone 14 and Google's Pixel 7a teased to receive discounts. Noteworthy smartphones such as Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, Motorola Edge 40 Neo, Samsung F14 5G, Realme C53, Realme 11X 5G, Moto G54 5G, and more are expected to be part of the discounted lineup.


Flipkart has hinted at showcasing new launches during the Republic Day sale, including the Vivo X100 series, Oppo Reno 11 series, Infinix Smart 8, Redmi Note 13 Pro series, and Poco X6 series. The sale is set to offer additional incentives such as cashback, exchange offers, and no-cost EMI options.


Coincidentally, rival e-commerce giant Amazon has also announced its Amazon Great Republic Day sale, scheduled to commence on January 15, creating a competitive shopping environment for consumers.
