Chennai: Tamil Nadu Minister SM Nasar threw a stone at party workers in Tiruvallur while inspecting the arrangements being made for a CM event on Tuesday. The Minister took to the act since the worker allegedly delayed bringing chairs for him.


According to ANI, “#WATCH | Tamil Nadu Minister SM Nasar throws a stone at party workers in Tiruvallur for delaying in bringing chairs for him to sit.” 


 



A video of the incident has also gone viral on social media. The incident took place while the Minister was inspecting a place where CM M K Stalin was to participate in an event on Wednesday.

The CM is scheduled to attend an event for fighters of language struggle in Tiruvallur on Wednesday. As a result, 15-acre of land is being readied near Thiruvallur ICMR for setting up a stage. 


Last month, Minister SM Nasar on the work front inspected the Aavin milk plant in Ambattur. He inspected the plastic trays, trolleys and more used for transporting milk. The Minister was also briefed about the measures taken by the department for milk delivery. 


Last year, Minister Nasar was in news for providing false information that the Centre has levied GST for milk. He also claimed that the price of milk rose due to the GST. 


However, the Minister as per a report on The Hindustan Times said, "The Union Government has levied GST for milk too. It is an unprecedented incident. As a consequence of levying GST for milk, the selling price of milk has gone up.”
