New Delhi: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin along with Health and Family Welfare Minister Ma Subramanian and other ministers has inaugurated a special vaccination drive for the 15 to 18-year-old students in Chennai's Saidapet constituency.


Stalin after inaugurating the special vaccination camp appealed to the people of Tamil Nadu to get vaccinated and strictly follow the Covid guidelines as the infections in the state are gradually on a rise.

After the inauguration, addressing the media at the school, where he launched the vaccination camp, Stain said as quoted by India Today, "Omicron has emerged as a new threat. Everyone has to mandatorily take precautions and take preventive measures against coronavirus. I appeal to all families to make sure that everyone in the family is fully vaccinated, especially the senior citizens in the family."
