Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin is scheduled to meet UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, UAE Cabinet Minister for Economy and other business persons in Dubai to woo investments for the state on Friday. The CM who reached Dubai on Thursday evening was welcomed by Indian Embassy officials and Dubai government authorities. 


According to a report on ABP Nadu, TN CM Stalin is scheduled to meet HE Dr Thani Bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade and HE Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Cabinet Minister of Economy on Friday.


He is also expected to meet Khaled Abdulla Al Qubaisi, Chief Executive Officer of Real Estate and Infrastructure Investments (RE&II) at Mubadala Investment Company.

The CM will also inaugurate Tamil Nadu pavilion at Dubai Expo 2022 on Friday.


In the coming days, Stalin is also scheduled to meet Mohammed Al Wadaey, CEO of Group of Farabi Petrochemicals, Hadi Badri, CEO of Emaar Properties, HE Sharafuddin Sharaf, Vice-Chairman of Sharaf Group and Azad Moopen, Chairman and Managing Director of Aster DM Healthcare.

In the first overseas visit after assuming office, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin landed in Dubai to the welcome of Consul General of India in Dubai Aman Puri on Thursday. 


For the four-day visit, TN CM Stalin was accompanied by TN Industries Minister Thangam Thennarasu, Rajya Sabha MP MM Abdullah, MLA Udhayanidhi Stalin and other senior officials of Tamil Nadu government.
