The suspended cops are inspector Rajan of Kodungaiyur police station and Nazima of MK Nagar All-Women Police Station. The Joint Commissioner of Police West Chennai Rajeshwari said that the two cops were suspended since an internal inquiry revealed that the policemen should have handled the situation well and avoided any argument.
