Chennai: A day after a tussle ensued between Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi and DMK-led ruling party members in the Assembly, posters stating 'Get out Ravi' cropped out around Valluvar Kottam.
According to ANI, “Tamil Nadu | Posters 'Get out Ravi' seen around Valluvar Kottam and Anna Salai in Chennai. A ruckus broke out in Assembly y'day (Friday) when Governor RN Ravi began his address. Later, after concluding his address, he walked out when CM alleged that the Gov skipped certain parts of the speech."
The poster said, "Twitter No. 1 trending #GetOutRavi. Thank you to everyone who made this a trend."
The poster also has images of Chennai DMK workers Sittrarasu and Hemanth Annadurai. It also had an image of DMK MP Dayanidhi Maran, CM Stalin and Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin.

Tamil Nadu Governor staged a walkout from the Assembly after tension between the Governor and Tamil Nadu government. On the first day of the Assembly in 2023, DMK and allies shouted slogans like 'Condemn Governor' and 'Long Live Tamil Nadu' for earlier calling Tamil Nadu as 'Tamizhagam'.
Later, Governor also omitted a portion of the speech during his address in the Assembly. Following this, Chief Minister M K Stalin piloted a resolution to exclude from the House records whatever Governor spoke outside the State drafted speech. This created a ruckus and the Governor staged a walked out from the Assembly.
