BJP Foundation Day: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday unfurled Bharatiya Janta Party's (BJP) flag at the party's Lucknow office on the occasion of the 44th foundation of the BJP. He was accompanied by Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya and other BJP leaders.
The BJP is observing its 44th foundation on Thursday and has organised functions across the country. Party President JP Nadda hoisted the party flag at BJP headquarters in Delhi. Addressing party workers on the occasion, Nadda said that BJP is working for the welfare of the country.
" BJP is a political party but it is working for the welfare of the whole nation today. Under PM Modi’s leadership, the party has made groundbreaking achievements. We got the inspiration from “Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat” under PM Modi’s leadership," he was quoted as saying by ANI.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also addressed the BJP workers on the occasion. The Prime Minister invoked Lord Hanuman's traits and said, "Today India is realizing its potential just like the power of lord Hanuman. BJP party gets inspiration from lord Hanuman to fight corruption, law & order. If we see the whole life of lord Hanuman, he had a 'Can Do' attitude that helped him in bringing all kinds of success."
Notably, the country is observing Hanuman Jayanti on Thursday.
PM Modi said, "Our party is dedicated to “Maa Bharti”, Constitution, and the Nation."
"Today India is realising its potential just like the power of lord Hanuman. BJP party gets inspiration from lord Hanuman to fight corruption, law, and order. If we see the whole life of lord Hanuman, he had a “Can Do” attitude that helped him in bringing all kinds of success," PM Modi said.
"Our party and our party workers consistently derive inspiration from the values and teachings of Hanuman Ji. India has emerged much stronger to face the ocean-like big challenges. On Hanuman Jayanti, I pray for his blessings to all," he added.
