UP ATS Begins Pak National Seema Haider's Interrogation At Secret Location

Seema Haider News: The UP ATS team has taken a copy of Seema and Sachin's statements from Greater Noida Police and will re-investigate the facts found in the investigation so far.

The Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) of Uttar Pradesh is interrogating Pakistani national Seema Haider who reached India via Nepal illegally to be with her lover. The ATS interrogation of Seema Haider began at a secret location, sources said. Seema's ID cards were sent to High Commission and further inquiry will be conducted on the basis of WhatsApp chats and all other evidence. The ATS team has taken a copy of Seema and Sachin's statements from Greater Noida Police. It will also re-investigate the statements and the facts found in the investigation so far.

Meanwhile, as per sources, an intelligence team is trying to collect inputs from Nepal. CCTV camera videos will also be used for corroboration in the probe.

A Dramatic India-Pakistan Love Story

Seema Ghulam Haider and Sachin Meena got in touch while playing PUBG in 2019 and a dramatic love story unfolded between the two living more than 1,300 kms apart, in countries not too friendly to each other.

30-year-old Seema and 22-year-old Sachin live in the Rabupura area of Greater Noida, near Delhi, where he runs a provision store, according to Uttar Pradesh Police, as reported by news agency PTI.

Seema was arrested on July 4 for illegally entering India without a visa via Nepal with her four children, all aged below seven years and Sachin was put behind bars for sheltering the illegal immigrants. They were released from jail recently.

Seema Haider’s uncle is reported to be a Subedar in the Pakistan Army and her brother is also a Pakistani soldier.

Intelligence Department Prepares Complete Route Map Amid Probe

Now agencies are now interrogating Seema. A senior UP police officer said that she is a Pakistani citizen and there are many elements involved in her illegal arrival in India, so her interrogation also becomes necessary from a security standpoint.

The intelligence department has prepared a complete route map as it got information about the routes where Seema went during her stay in Nepal.

Notably, details are also being sought from the hotel owner and manager where Seema stayed while the intelligence department is collecting all the inputs regarding the Pakistani national through its sources.
