A video of an accident has emerged from the Mau district of Uttar Pradesh where a Mahindra Scorpio driver mistakenly pressed the accelerator instead of the brake and the car crashed into a tyre shop. During the incident, two people were reported to be injured.


A video footage of the incident, widely shared on social media, shows the SUV abruptly losing control and entering the shop. In the next scene, it could be seen that the worker, who was in the process of preparing a bill, and another boy was standing near him, quickly fell backwards to avoid being struck. They suffered minor injuries the crash resulted in significant damage to the shop.






Toddler Crushed To Death By SUV In Agra


In a similar incident, which has surfaced from Agra district in Uttar Pradesh, an 18-month-old girl died after a car accidentally hit her in a mall parking lot. The incident took place when the girl’s parents were loading some shopping items from a trolley into their car. Amid this, the toddler ran to the other side of the vehicle and was struck by another car.

As per the Times of India report, the incident occurred on August 6. Jaideep Thakur, his wife Shivani, their 10-year-old son Rishabh, and their 18-month-old daughter Rudrika went to the mall. The father of Jaideep also joined them for the shopping.






The CCTV footage which was placed at the scene shows Jaideep and Shweta transferring items from a mall trolley into a bag near their car's trunk, while their children, Rishabh and Rudrika, played nearby. Rudrika moved to the other side and was struck by the front tire of an approaching car. The car came to a stop, and her mother rushed over to pick her up.
