Late on Monday night, a bus transporting devotees lost control and overturned on National Highway 44, resulting in injuries to at least 25 passengers, news agency ANI reported. Around 30 passengers were onboard the bus at the time of the accident. According to officials, the injured individuals were taken to Morena District Hospital for medical treatment.






Dr Surendra Gurjar, RMO, Morena District Hospital said, "We received 25-30 patients in critical condition. Their treatment has begun. All our doctors and medical teams are working," ANI reported.

Speaking about the accident, Inspector Alok Parihar stated: "This was a bus of devotees which was going for the darshan of Mehandipur Balaji and had left from Gwalior...The injured have been admitted to the hospital here. They are receiving the best possible treatment. They have been shifted to the wards," ANI reported.

Inspector Alok Parihar mentioned that the bus, which had departed from Gwalior, was ferrying devotees intending to visit Mehandipur Balaji for darshan.
