New Delhi: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) legend Virat Kohli was spotted sweating it out in the nets ahead of his team's much-awaited clash against Delhi Capitals (DC) in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 on Saturday.


The former RCB skipper took to Koo app to share a picture of himself from the nets session on the eve of the Delhi Capitals vs Royal Challengers Bangalore IPL 2022 match. The star batter can be seen training hard for his upcoming match.

Virat wrote in the caption accompanying a photo, "If you are immersed in the joy of doing what you love, everything else is irrelevant."






Virat Kohli has not been in a good batting rhythm in this season of IPL. He has so far played five IPL games during which he scored a total of 107 runs in five innings with a batting average of 26.75 and a strike rate of 132. 


Virat is yet to score his first half-century in this year's IPL. In the five IPL games he has played so far, Kohli has hit 8 fours and two sixes.


Overall, Virat is the highest run-scorer of IPL with 6,390 runs, a batting average of 37.15, while his strike rate has been 129.98. In his IPL career, Virat has scored five tons and 42 fifties.
