New Delhi [India], Feb 3 (ANI): Rio Olympics silver medallist P.V. Sindhu will look to book her place in the women's singles final of the India Open Super 500 World Tour tournament as the Indian shuttler faces world no. 3 Ratchanok Inthanon here at the Siri Fort Sports Complex on Saturday.

Defending Champion Sindhu defeated Beatriz Corrales of Spain 21-12, 19-21, 21-11 to set up the last four clash with the Thai.

2013 World champion Intanon Inthanon knocked out seventh seed Yip Pui Yin 21-11, 21-11 in the quarter-finals.

Meanwhile, in mixed doubles, the Indian duo of Pranaav Jerry Chopra and N Sikki Reddy, who also advanced to the final four, will face fifth seeded Mathias Christiansen and Christinna Pedersen.

The Indian team defeated Chinese pair of Han Chengkai and Cao Tong Wei 21-8, 21-13 while the Danish combo beat Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Ashwini Ponnappa 21-17, 21-11 to set up a clash against each other. (ANI)
