New Delhi: Indian cricket's batting legend Sachin Tendulkar on Sunday took to Instagram to share pictures of Sara on Instagram to celebrate daughter's day, in which she can be seen sitting with her two pet dogs. Along with the beautiful pictures, Sachin also wrote a heartfelt note for her daughter. The legendary batter is currently leading India Legends in the Road World Safety Series.  


"Even though you have outgrown my lap, you will never outgrow my heart.This day reminds me of the wonderful times we share together! And I truly cherish them. Happy daughters day Sara!"






Earlier, a video Sachin Tendulkar trying his hand at cooking at his team hotel in Indore at the Holkar Stadium on Monday, September 19, went viral on social media. 


After the match against New Zealand Legends in the ongoing Road Safety World Series, Sachin was seen showing his cooking skills by wearing a batting pad at the hotel.


Sachin shared a video on his Instagram, in which he is seen trying to make his special dish omelette. The great batsman wrote in the caption of this video, "𝙵𝚕𝚒𝚌𝚔𝚜 𝚑𝚘 𝚢𝚊 𝚏𝚕𝚒𝚙𝚜, 𝚎𝚐𝚐𝚜-𝚊𝚖𝚙𝚕𝚎 𝚑𝚊𝚖𝚎𝚜𝚑𝚊 𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚏𝚎𝚌𝚝 𝚑𝚘𝚗𝚊 𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚒𝚢𝚎".






Sachin Tendulkar retired from all forms of cricket several years ago but is still regarded as the best batsman to have ever played the game of cricket with 29437 runs in 200 Tests and 21367 runs in 463 ODIs at a remarkable strike rate of 86.2.


Sachin still holds the record for scoring the most number of runs in a single edition of a World Cup. Tendulkar attained the unique milestone during 2003 World Cup when he scored a total of 673 runs from 11 matches at an average of 61.18.
