New Delhi: Legendary batsman Sachin Tendulkar, who announced retirement from international cricket eight years ago, remains quite active on social media to keep his fans updated about his day-to-day activities.
Sachin in his latest tweet on Monday, shared a video in which two children can be seen playing cricket while a dog plays the role of wicketkeeper as well as fielder.
“Received this from a friend and I must say, those are some 'sharp' ball catching skills. We've seen wicket-keepers, fielders and all-rounders in cricket, but what would you name this,” Sachin wrote in the caption of his post while sharing the video.
Two children playing cricket are using a wooden stick instead of stumps and as soon as the ball is bowled, the dog comes and stands behind the wicket. After this he grabs the ball with his mouth and on the next delivery, the dog picks up the ball from the other side.
The video has been viewed more than 1.6 lakh times on Twitter so far. Also, it has got more than 19000 likes and it has been retweeted more than 2500 times.
Sachin recently had surprised everyone when he picked his best playing XI from the recently concluded ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2021, and decided to not include any Indian cricketer. Team India was eliminated in the group stage of the tournament itself.
