PAK vs NZ | Babar Azam viral video: Pakistan's all-format skipper Babar Azam, who has been facing heat for team's horrific run in red-ball format, did not hold himself back when a reporter asked a long question on his future as Pakistan's Test captain. The reporter, who notably is the same person who received a 'death stare' from Babar during a presser earlier, asked the star batter whether he should leave Pakistan's Test captaincy as the team under his leadership performed extremely poorly on home soil.

“You're on your way to becoming one of the batting greats. But players like Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara, Saeed Anwar, they were great batters but couldn't be great captains. We couldn't win a single Test in 8 attempts on home soil. Do you think you should leave the Test captaincy so that your target of becoming one of the greatest batters of the game becomes easier?,” the reporter asked.

In reply, Babar asked the reporter to ask question on white-ball series, since the Test series is over. PAK vs NZ Tests ended in a 1-0 draw. Both the teams will now play a three-match ODI series, starting from Monday, January 9.

“We are playing white ball cricket right now, Tests are over. If you have any question on white-ball series, you ask that,” Babar replied.

Last year, Babar Azam-led Pakistan won eight of nine ODIs. Pakistan endured a miserable season with the end of PAK vs NZ Test series. They played three Test series on home soil but didn't win a single series. Babar Azam & Co. lost four of their last eight Tests including a humiliating 3-0 whitewash at the hands of England.
