Tokyo: After an eventful day for India at the Tokyo Olympics 2020, India readies itself for yet another day of great expectations. On Sunday, India managed to win some good matches. Badminton star PV Sindhu also won a bronze medal for India in women's singles. India's no. 1 player defeated He Bing Jiao of China by 21-13 and 21-15 in the bronze medal match. It was a comprehensive straight-sets victory for the Indian badminton star. Moreover, India's men's hockey team registered a great win defeating Great Britain by 3-1. 


Tomorrow, i.e, 2nd August is expected to be yet another exciting day for the Indian fans. The morning will begin with an exciting quarter-final match of women's hockey between India and Australia. It is expected to be a tough challenge for India but if they manage to outperform the powerful Aussie side, then it will be a great achievement. The match begins at 8:30 am IST.
