Rabada tried to get back for a second but was caught inches short of his crease. Nabi with the throw and good bit of glovework from Kishan too as MI clean up PBKS innings for 183, in response to 192/7. But what a game. While we celebrate MI and Suryakumar Yadav's 78 off 53, spare a thought for Ashutosh Sharma who scored 61 off 28, potentially an innings that will propel him to limelight, given how he took on the likes of Jasprit Bumrah. But it was not to be for his team this evening in Mullanpur
It's a RUN OUT and MI win by 9 runs. What a game. IPL continues to amaze us match after match, season after season.

WICKET and it's that man Bumrah again. He has deceived Shashank Singh with a slower one to break the partnership which was beginnig to look threatening. It's wicket first ball of his second spell. MI- 111/7 after 12.1 Overs. Shashank falls for 41 off 25 as he only manages to hit it straight up in the air. Tilak takes a catch running in from short midwicke. PBKS- 111/7 after 12.1 Overs.
It's Ashutosh again. This time he takes on Hardik. Brilliant hands as he powers this over fine leg for a maximum. PBKS- 111/6 after 12 overs.
Romario Shepherd's Over Goes For 13. PBKS- 100/6 after 11 overs as they now need 93 runs from 54 balls. Ashutosh Sharma finding a FOUR and a SIX in that over.
Loose ball on the legs and Ashutosh Sharma sends it over the ropes for a six. 11 runs and a wicket from the 10th over. PBKS- 87/6 after 10 overs. They need 106 runs from 60 balls.
Jitesh misses a full toss as the ball crashes his pads. Umpire gives it out LBW, Jitesh opts for review but the decision remains unchanged. PBKS-77/6 after 9.2 Overs.
Shashank Singh with successive sixes off Gopal. Is there life alive in this game? Shashank first hits one straight to hit the sightscreen before a six between long on and midwicket. 16 runs off the over for PBKS. What a way to get into the first TIME out of the innings. PBKS- 76/5 after 9 overs. They need 117 runs from 66 deliveries.
It's Jitesh who finds the boundary in the eighth over which was bowled by Hardik. The MI captain followed Jitesh who was looking to back away but Jitesh still managed to go over extra cover for a boundary. 10 off the over. PBKS- 60/5 after 8 overs. They need 133 runs from 72 balls.
Fifth wicket goes down for Punjab Kings. The second caught and bowled of the evening. It's the wrong one from the leggie and Harpreet looks to play it towards long on but only manages to chip it back to the bowler. PBKS- 49/5 after 6.5 Overs.
It's a short-pitch ball and Shashank gets into position early before depositing it over the midwicket fence off the first ball of the leg-spinner.
Time for Shreyas Gopal has the ball in hand.
Top over from Hardik to finish off the powerplay for MI. Just 1 coming off it. PBKS- 40/4 after 6 overs. PBKS need 153 runs from 84 balls with 6 wickets in hand.

Would you believe it? It's the fourth wicket down for PBKS and this is only the third over. It's a 150 kmph ball that rushes Livingstone for pace and all he manages while trying a pull is to hit it back straight towards the bowler Coetzee who takes a good catch takes a good, low catch. PBKS- 14/4 after 2.1 Overs.
What an over that from Bumrah. First he rattles the stumps of Rilee Rossouw before producing a little tickle off the bat of Curran which was taken down the leg side. MI reviewed after it was given as a wide and they got their man. 2 runs, 2 wickes in that over. PBKS-14/3 after 2 overs.
PBKS may have started with a boundary off Curran, 5 wides and 1 leg byes but Prabhsimran Singh is out for a golden duck off the third ball. Ishan Kishan dives full length to his left to take the catch. It was gloved down the leg side by the batter and Kishan takes a great catch. PBKS- 10/1 after 0.3 overs.

Gets hold of this one alright, does Tilak. It's a short ball in and around off stump which Tilak pulls for a six over midwicket. This has come off Harshal who is into his third over.
MI captain Hardik Pandya, new man in, with a six off last ball off the over. MI- 156/3 after 17 overs. Tilak Varma- 24* off 13, Hardik Pandya- 7* off 3.
Curran strikes again. He has got the big wicket of Suryakumar Yadav who falls for 78 off 53, finding the fielder at deep point in a bid to continue the momentum. MI- 148/3 after 16.2 Overs.
Rabada's final over ends with a SIX. It's come off the bat of Tilak Varma. Pulled over deep midwicket for a maximum. 18 runs coming off the over. MI- 148/2 after 16 overs.
Both fuller lenth balls but SKY is ready for it and first a boundary over mid-off before a scoop for SIX.
Umpire raised his finger on an LBW shout from Rabada against SKY but the MI batter reviewed and the decision had to be overturned with the balll projection showing it might have drifted down the leg side.
Four More To End The Over. SKY won the review for wide not given and then smashed the extra ball for a boundary on the off side. What an over that for MI as they get 15 runs off the 15th over. MI- 130/2. Suryakumar Yadav- 67* off 47, Tilak Varma- 17* off 10.
And Tilak now makes two in a row. Comes down the ground to make it a full toss and then pierces the off-side field for a boundary. Crucial boundaries these.

Rohit Sharma falls. A top-edge on to his grill off Curran before he goes down the track for a big shot but manages a leading edge which carries to backward point where Brar makes no mistake. Rohit falls for 36 off 25. MI- 99/2 after 11.4 Overs. Curran gets a wicket.
MI- 96/1 after 11 overs post that 10-run over. Rohit Sharma- 36* off 23, Suryakumar Yadav- 51* off 35.
He was deceived by the slower ball and his one hand went off the handle but Rohit went through this shot over long on and as it turns out, he has just about managed to clear long on for the maximum.
It's a half-century for SKY. He has got there off 34 balls and reaches the landmark with a single off Harshal. MI need him and Rohit to continue while PBKS search for a wicket.
It's Sky who has gone the traditional way this time. Uses feet, gets near the pitch of the ball for an inside out maximum over the covers. That shot helps MI fetch 9 runs off the 10th over. MI-86/1 after 10 overs.

A boundary off the second ball of the over from Suryakumar before a last-ball fix from Rohit. The Hitman found a slower one, picthed fuller and he plays it straight over the bowler's head for a maximum. MI- 54/1 after the end of fielding restrictions. Rohit Sharma- 24* off 13, Suryakumar Yadav- 22* off 15.
It's Sam Curran who has the ball in hand for the final over of the powerplay.
Rohit missed a ball angling into him as it thrashed on his front pad. Umpire signalled it out but Rohit reviewed it. DRS projection shows, the ball would have missed leg. Rohit survives.
Harshal starts with a full delivery on the pads of Suryakumar, who says THANK YOU very much as he flicks the ball away for a boundary.

Rabada pitches one short and wide and gets the wicket of Kishan. The southpaw throws his bat at it but the ball is caught by the fielder at deep third. Rabada STRIKES!. MI- 18/1 after 2.1 Overs.
