Chennai Super Kings captain MS Dhoni is among the most revered cricketers in India. The reason goes far beyond just his cricketing achievenments. Despite being a world-renowned cricketer and the only captain in the world that has won all the three ICC trophies in white-ball cricket, the man carries himself with a lot of humility which tends to strike a chord with his fans.

And an evidence of the same was on display during CSK's match against the Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Even though Chennai were playing an away match, there were a considerable amount of CSK fans as well and the reason was no one else than Dhoni and what he has achieved for Indian cricket.

In a heartwarming gesture, Dhoni interacted with the groundsmen of the iconic stadium where he hit the World Cup-winning six over long on and sent the entire country into ecstasy. He even posed for a picture with the groundstaff which has gone viral on internet with netizens going gaga over his gesture.

Take a look:

Talking about the match, CSK beat MI by 7 wickets to taste their second successive win after their defeat in the tournament opener against Gujarat Titans. Ravindra Jadeja and Ajinkya Rahane starred in Chennai's win with the left-arm spinner returning with figures of 3/20 in his 4 overs after MI had got off to a bit of a flier. In the run chase, Rahane shattered any Mumbai hopes of making a match out of it after posting 157 by smashing the fastest half-century of the season, reaching the landmark off just 19 deliveries.

Rahane eventually got out for 61 off 27 but by then he had enough damage to make sure there their could only would have been one result- a Chennai win at the Wankhede. MI will now travel to Delhi for their next match against the Capitals while CSK will host Rajasthan Royals in their next encounter.
