CSK in IPL 2023: Two-time World Cup winning skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will enter the 2023 season of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 as one of the favorites to win the prestigious title this year, for record-breaking 5th time in IPL history. The Yellow Army made some significant changes in their squad for IPL 2023. CSK will kick-off their IPL 2023 campaign with match against defending champions Gujarat Titans (GT) on March 31. Last year's IPL turned out to be quite disappointing for the 4-time IPL winners CSK, under Ravindra Jadeja's captaincy. The franchise, one of the most consistent and strongest teams in IPL history, finished the 10-team IPL 2022 tournament with just eight points, placed 9th in IPL Points Table.
