AB De Villiers scored his 34th half century in the Indian Premier League (IPL) after he notched up a breezy 51 off just 30 deliveries in Royal Challengers Bangalore's match against Sunrisers Hyderabad on September 21.

AB De Villiers struck his 200th six in the IPL to become only the second RCB batsman after Chris Gayle to achieve the milestone. Gayle leads the all time six hitting list with 239 maximums in his glittering IPL career.

Devdutt Padikkal became the fifth Royal Challengers Bangalore batsman to score a half century on IPL debut.

The attacking left handed opener scored a belligerent 56-run knock of just 42 deliveries in his very first IPL match for RCB against Sunrisers Hyderabad on Monday

Yuzvendra Chahal Goes Past Zaheer Khan's IPL wickets tally

RCB leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal returned with bowling figures of 18-3 which is the best by any Royal Challengers Bangalore bowler against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL history.

Chahal produced a game changing spell against SRH as he dismissed the well settled Jonny Bairstow and all-rounder Vijay Shankar in back to back deliveries.

The ace leg spinner also went past Indian seamer Zaheer Khan (102) wicket's tally on the all time wicket taking list in the IPL.

Australian white-ball skipper Aaron Finch made his IPL debut for Royal Challengers Bangalore along with young opener Devdutt Padikkal.

A highly experienced T20 campaigner at both the international and franchise cricket, Finch has played for Rajasthan Royals (2010), Delhi Capitals (2011 and 12), Pune Warriors India (2013), Sunrisers Hyderabad (2014), Mumbai Indians (2015), Gujarat Lions (2016 and 17) and Kings XI Punjab (2018) during his decade long IPL career.
